We realize everything tailor-made using stratified or armored security crystals developed on a Float or Extra-fair base with various characteristics, from accident prevention to anti-break in, anti-vandalism and bulletproof.

Products of various belonging classes according to the current regulations UNI EN 12600 – UNI EN 356 – UNI EN 1063.

The said shop windows can be made also in isolating glass panel AZ® to get a high thermal and even acoustic isolation.

All materials are EC and UNI certified according to the current regulations.

If you want to “protect” yourself from the sun we can use, for your shop windows, reflective plates with a fair or medium shade.

If you want that the products in your shop window are seen by everybody, you can use anti-reflection plates, which have a reflection value of less than 1%.

We provide security plates for internal separations/partitions for offices/premises or tailor-made compartmentalizations.

Isolating glass panels AZ®

Why aren’t isolating glass panels AZ® simple glass panels?

This particular product, which has been ranked among the new production lines of AZZIMONTI PAOLINO S.p.A. since 1976, is nowadays an EC and UNI certified product which can reach high thermal and acoustic isolation values, with performance characteristics also of safety (accident prevention, anti-break in, anti-vandalism and bulletproof).

Nowadays we are able to reach values of thermal isolation 0.4 / 0.5 Ug with a double room with gas (triple glass) and values of acoustic reduction of more than 50 dB with a simple single-room.

Isolating glass panels AZ®  hardware of any finishing and not only, in fact, also through the use of first-quality products among which sylicons with high adherence characteristics, resistant to UV rays and to weather conditions, the duration performance of the said isolating panels AZ® is enhanced as time passes..

The isolating panels AZ®, of structural kind, are inserted in several different applications in synergy with our “without frames” system with High Security patented “GlasstoGlass Puzzle Glass®“ international brand.

Using low-emission glasses which are selective and reflective, of the major producers on a world level, we guarantee considerable advantages for thermal isolation, not only for cold but also for warm periods.

Our isolating panels AZ® can in fact be tailor-made based on the designer’s needs.

They are guaranteed 10 years free of charge, but still today also the ones we produced in 1976 show a great resistance to aging.

Light or dark reflective panels or with colors on colored paste or using state-of-the-art photochromic glasses which allow them to get dark during a direct solar radiation, but also to maintain their transparence.

Also thanks to a sophisticated technology, we have the possibility to turn transparent glass into opaque glass as you prefer.

Isolating panels AZ®  can be flat, curved, one-room, double room or triple room, with the inclusion of special gases like argon and/or krypton.

A great innovation is represented by the possibility to insert in the same panels a Venetian blind or a pleated curtain, with both manual and electrical movement, or to motorize through rechargeable batteries.

GLASStoGLASS Puzzle Glass®

GlasstoGlass Puzzle Glass® International brand is an innovative system which requires no frame.  

It is a “High Security” system not only for the closure of full glass facades, but it can be applied also to shelters, coverings, cradles, coatings and full-glass stairs.

The application of our High Security artifact “GlasstotoGlass Puzzle Glass®”, allowed the glassmaker AZZIMONTI PAOLINO S.p.A. to start a technologically high quality, successfull and safe procedure.

The system implies the use of only two metal profiles placed parallel to each other on the glass plate (of various compositions) and fixed with structural silicon thus exalting the bonding glass/glass, placed in the metal profile, through our other patented system “GlasstoGlass®” international brand.

Thanks to these two patents which work in synergy, the characteristic of the glass and of the structural silicon is exalted.

We get a very low electrical conductibility compared to other systems and therefore a very high resistance to aging.

The secret is the “silica” that, with our systems, exalts the intrinsic qualities of both the glass and the silicon. Have you ever wondered why glasses have been placed on glass panels in cathedrals for more than thousand years?

Coverings and shelters

Coverings and shelters: make them with safety stratified glasses!

Glass panels, with one re more layers, of various dimensions and shapes, with or without punctures, for coverings, thermally treated with intermediate layers not only with pvb plastic interlayers, but also interlayers of structural kind.

On the basis of the designer’s needs, the said layers can be made with transparent, opaque (satin/frosted) or plastic colored (milky-white, satin, colored) glasses.

Resistant glasses of a suitable thickness and, if requested, even walkways for maintenance.

The said shelters can be anchored through several fixing systems according to the design, as point systems, with snares, wheels/hibcaps, by using load-bearing hardware or using the High Security system “GlasstoGlass Puzzle Glass®” international brand, with high bearing and resistance performances, which guarantees the after-breaking too.

Parapets and Balconies

Internal and external stairs, balconies, terraces: our parapets can be used in different ways, and all have a high aesthetic effect. But what makes them unique?

First of all, they are made with stratified/armored security glasses, treated thermally if foreseen, with interlayers of not only pvb plastic interlayers, but also with structural interlayers.

Several fixing methods can be taken into consideration: from snares to wheels/hibcaps,  from pouches fixed to the floor to bases or special bases using the High Security system  “GlasstoGlass Puzzle Glass®” international brand.

Glasses for parapets can be personalized choosing among different options: transparent, opaque (milky-white, satin or silk-screened) or with colored plastiques.

Dehors

Wind doors and sliding doors

Glass doors: exclusivity and elegance.

Choose your glass door or sliding shutter on a Float or Extra-fair, transparent or satin, colored and/or hand-decorated base: real unique products of their kind.

The doors are fixed to the supporting structure through metal accessories of different finishing on demand, with lateral or floor hinges, complete of glass bars, doorknobs or pummels.

Instead of the usual hinges, we can also use our High Security system “GlasstotoGlass Puzzle Glass®” international brand.

The sliding shutters out of the wall are entirely of glass, with no frame, made with a single or double shutter, with pelmet or stainless steel tubes, visible or built in the false ceiling.

There is also the possibility to add refined inserts in fusion of colored glasses to create suggestive drawings and hand-painted decorations.

Venetian blinds

The solution to always have nice obscuration without cleaning? Instert in the isolating panel AZ® a Venetian blind or a pleated curtain!

The filtering/black-out Venetian blind or pleated curtain is placed in an isolating panel AZ®, and is made of at least two glass plates.

The operations of opening, closing and orientation, both manual or electrical, take place in a totally sealed environment, so that the isolating properties of the isolating panel AZ® suffer no alterations. In this way, an absolute protection from dirt, dust and weather conditions is guaranteed: for this reason the Venetian blind and the curtain need no maintenance.

The duration of the magnetic controls which are used is almost eternal: a demagnetization of 2% every 100 years is estimated. The variety and versatility of the models offer solutions suitable for any kind of hardware: 31 combinations of colors are available, and 6 systems of movement. The motorized options give the possibility to have internal or external brushless engines, able to manage with perfect synchronization several groups of curtains, also through a mobile device.

Stairs, steps and floors

The refined touch which makes your stairs modern.

We offer glass floors, steps, landings for stairs, which can be highly personalized to suit the context better: it is possible to add a suggestive “water effect” or particular textures, such as squares or dots.

The glass we use is a multilayer stratified glass which can be made with plates on a Float or Extra-fair transparent, satin base or with satin or colored plastique.

The attachment can take place using our High Security artifact “GlasstoGlass Puzzle Glass®” International brand which guarantees a high endurance and safety guaranteeing the after-breaking in case of breaking of the plate or using other fixing systems with soldered upholstery nails/wheels or stainless steel plates.

We produce plates for parapets, stratified, thermally treated, not only with pvb plastic interlayers but also with structural interlayers.

Mirrors

The mirror made according to your wish..

The glassmaker AZZIMONTI PAOLINO S.P.A. provides and places safety tailor-made mirrors, of any shape and eventually enriched with any handmade decoration. The shapes, the grooves and the holes are made using modern machines with number control.

We can make not only fair mirrors but also colored and aged mirrors, personalized with registered brand “by Azzimonti®“.

In order to confer an even major uniqueness to your mirror, it is possible to prepare it for back light.

The mirrors can be fixed by bonding them on the wall or on wood panels or using upholstery nails or hooks.

It is eventually possible to use the High Security System “GlasstotoGlass Puzzle Glass®”to fix them.

In some circumstances – such as behavioral analyses carried out by psychologists or for particular privacy needs -, on demand, we provide mirrored spy-glasses.
